ReplyDeleteI immediately began experimenting with the use of consistent teams throughout course meetings and posing a questions for team consideration, as the opening for each class.
This has completely changed the dynamic and energy in the classroom. I see students getting more comfortable with each other and the interaction/dialogue has increased significantly.
